Greg Harding has been in the automotive business for over 30 years. Greg's expertise is assessing dealership operations, identifying areas in need of improvement and implementing a solid game plan. Greg believes training employees is one of the most critical components to a successful dealership operation. Over the years he has made training a priority with his employees and clients, and is a major key to his success.
The Automotive field is a passion with Greg. He started in the business at 16 pumping gas and working on drag cars. After graduation from Nashville Auto/Diesel College, he began working as a Service Writer/Advisor. His Service Manager acted as a mentor instilling values he uses today when dealing with employees, clients and customers.
Greg quickly advanced to management and has held positions including Service Manager, Director of Fixed Operations and GM at one of the largest Chevrolet Stores in the US, Director of Operations with a top 25 Dealer Group, managing 23 retail locations for a major tire company and Consulting in dealerships across the U.S. and Caribbean.
Greg is a graduate of Nashville Auto/Diesel College. He attended Wright State University, GM Business Management Training, Volvo and BMW Management Training, Certified Chrysler Programs, and Toyota Service Advisor and Service Manager Training.
Greg has the ability to impart his years of experience to the people he trains. Experience has shown him Dealerships who stand still will get passed by those who look to the future. Getting passed by has never been acceptable to Greg and that is what he brings to the companies he works with.
